I meet with Director of the Living Food Lab, Pauliina Salmenhaara, to discover the delights and healing properties of raw plant-based food and mindful eating.

Pauliina is the Director of the Living Food Lab, a raw food cafe and teaching kitchen on the Island of the Gods, Bali. Hailing from Finland, Pauliina has a dream of bringing raw, healing plant-based foods to schools and even hospitals around the world.
